Week 4

A Chorus of Characters

By Week 4, Emma was no longer alone. Otto, with his impulsive yet caring nature; Kessiah, the almost foolishly fearless; Luna the mischievously cunning and Pippus, a living embodiment of love, joined her. Each character brought their own rhythm to the story, and I felt like a conductor, guiding them into harmony.

Salvador Dalí’s surrealism gave me permission to lean into whimsy. His fearless exploration of the subconscious reminded me that stories, like dreams, don’t need to follow strict logic. The characters began to breathe on the page, their personalities spilling into their designs.
