Week 6

The Portal Beckons

Emma’s journey demanded a world as magical as her courage. This week, I painted the enchanted forest and the castle’s glowing portal. I drew inspiration from the grandeur of Narnia and the playful absurdity of Rick and Morty. The portal became a symbol of transformation, a threshold between the familiar and the unknown.

Henri Rousseau’s jungle scenes were my guide. His ability to blur the line between reality and imagination taught me to let the landscapes breathe, to make them feel alive. The portal shimmered on the page, promising adventure and revelation.
